Hi Rob. Some info from Germany from my conversation with a Tesla sales/delivery person last week:
▪Model 3s have been unavailable for test drives the last couple weeks.
▪Model 3 test drives will resume when the Tesla service/delivery centers receive Highland Model 3s.
▪The Tesla sales/delivery people are pushing hard to deliver (or sell?) as many cars as possible before the end of the year, because the EV buyer incentive is scheduled to run out then.
▪Unusually large numbers of cars were being received at the service/delivery center when I was there.
I would expect high sales numbers of Model Y and Model 3 Highland in Germany next quarter.

The slope on a Distance over Time graph is the speed. The flat sections are of course when the Semi is stopped. That second pyramid is a bit misleading. (Unless this chart graphs distance traveled after a charge. I didn't study the chart too closely.) Ia this the Sacremento (or was it Fresno?) run to Los Angeles or San Diego ? If so then I-5 and it went over the Tejon Pass 4144' (1263m). The debut Tesla Semi run graph showed that the net energy for going up and then down that grade pretty much cancelled out. So they recovered almost all of the additional energy needed to climb the grade. The speeds that Semi drove at when we could see the speedometer were in the 55 mph range.

The Robotaxi concept that we are seeing is NOT 3 wheel. That is clear in the mockup photo with Franz. The rear wheels are inboard from the front wheels, allowing for a more aerodynamic teardrop shape, but with 4 wheels.

Perhaps a 4 wheel variant for the consumer market where the subsidy in the US can be effective and a 3 wheel variant for robo-taxi for the capital & running cost benefits (weight/range/etc). ALL of the Current 3 wheeler OEM's , including APTERA only make UNSAFE 3 wheelers , that are LESS safe than a 4 wheel sedan.
