I've been in some fucked up dark places but never once did I think "oh let's just end it all". did you know it is harder to live that lifestyle because of the mentality than it is to be a fighter and try to see positivity in things. I've lost friends I went to war with in Afghanistan to suicide so I get it. I am not saying it is easy but mindset is everything. tough things happen to everyone. shitty things happen to everyone. but if you utterly give up you can never look back at the end of the day and say "holy shit, I made it through all of that and I am still standing and I am content/happy. what can't I deal with?" just a challenge to change perspective and give yourself a glimmer of positivity and a reason to keep fighting.
