Thanks for the Blair build. Glad to see someone else using him. I will try this out. I am running him with Back draft and shot focus with full skill extension. Enduring Legacy is a must. Works good on bosses and Intercept battles.
Since you use Blackdraft, try out Preforator. Its a good 3rd weapon to use with Blair. Since your crit hite rate increases with each flamezone, you can definitely proc more explosion scanners from Preforator's unique ability. Its great for the new enemy shields too that require gun damage. Ive been running with Enduring, Gregs and Preforator for Blair a little after the start of Season 2.

Have you used the Hunter External Components yet? I feel it would help with the MP Recovery alot when using Blair.
His abilities have innate mp recovery, so that seems irrelevant
I havent catalyzed blair yet but I like this.
