Thanks for watching. I don’t weigh it anymore because I am as light as I need to be! Less is more! Glad you are enjoying the content and thanks so much for commenting. Sorry I have no answer

As usual, Rich, you nailed your explanation.
    What was your base weight?

I have no idea - I pack as light as I can and never find out how much it weighs. It's light

For the sleeping sleeve, do you use that in addition to whatever bedding is provided?

Yes. But if I am booking somewhere to stay I will always ask if they have bedding. If it’s a cold night you can get stuck if you are walking in April /May/October without a sleeping bag. So always worth checking to see they provide blankets. Most do!

For what it's worth, don't bother with the cheap rubber tips for the hiking poles, buy the Leki ones. I've tried cheap ones (~€8) and they were useless and wore out really quickly, while the Leki ones (€15) seem to last forever. Well worth the extra cost.

@@TheGingerVicar-iu4mb It was great, thanks. Norte was sunny with some very wet days and some sodden trails. Primitivo was impressive though the top of the Hospitales way was incredibly windy and cold, and I ended up doing some long days. Trying to decide on what to do next year now... Portuges. Via de la Plata, Costa Rica 🤔
