Lents and positive vibration: welcome all to Tulum. Great point R15 and pane and chocolate :) - Lots of regions divided from multicultural unique people, positive vibes offering many alternatives solutions for you, ( as Mary was mention) from allover the World. Many family and house need to be build and therefore great opportunity if you think to invest because no many around at the moment. Food as well, from Argentina, Italian, some Greek as well and of course the authentic Mexican cousin from different region as well. Stay safe and enjoy, here you can surrender and appreciate nature:) ciao all, and thank you Mary for sharing a wonderful feedback.
As I’m looking in tulum… now seeing your video and where these new builds are at makes sense
Happy to help 😌
Thank you so much for this video! I’m coming for 1 month tomorrow and in between lots of different air bnbs. I’m leaning towards Aldea Zama
It’s safe and clean but you should come to la Veleta with us to enjoy the real vibe ;)
Great info. Thanks.
Thanks, Mari! Your info is very helpful.

Hello I live in Alaska and am more comfortable with village living more relaxed more quiet know many people. Thank you for all your information I would rather rent or live in the relaxed area your roads sound like ours and I like meeting people drinking coffee ☕️. So today was first time watching your video but will be looking at more to learn for that day I want to come visit and meet the people and see the land again Thank you
You are more than welcome into our beautiful Tulum 🙏🏻

A great video! I've been to Tulum a few times in 2021 and 2022 but mainly stayed near Playa Paraiso. Out of first 3 places you mentioned, which one is the best in terms of speed connection and safety? Are there still a lot of expats there?
Back in 2021 and 22, I had some internet issues and would like to know if it has gotten better. :) Thanks
La Veleta & Aldea have been going through a lot of power outages lately, I would aim for Kukulkan to be on the safe side if your main goal is stable wifi.
If you don’t mind it being a bit unstable here and there, I would recommend you chose a calmer or more quiet neighbourhood, but go to coffee shops like Alfonsina or even Nimeno for high speed internet ❤️
Thanks for the reply. I am actually looking for something peaceful but at the same time close to coffee shops if that makes sense :) When you said "a calmer and more quite neighborhood", which place you were referring to? Sorry, I didn't get that part @@MariannaTeudor
In that case I would recommend La Veleta or Aldea.Zama 🧚🪽
❤❤❤❤
Nice video. You definitely sell Tulum well. 😏 Making me think about trip 😩😂
Thank you Mark 🥰 Come you will definitely love it! Tulum is waiting for you 😜@@KingAkins23
