Why buy low end device? I bought an Xiaomi mi 10 t pro for 330€ and it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Processor and 8 GB RAM. Runs PS2 emulator no problem even with fast forward.

it runs pretty well though just debloat your system, tweak it a little bit wouldn't hurt

Not for 4gb ram maybe on 6 GB ram minimum
mediatek chipset currently yuzu not support. only few game playable. recommend using snapdragon chipset
