Hi, the important calculation part is the rectangular waveguide dimension to determine the operation frequency. You may refer to this video ua-cam.com/video/yoSCVQAoHDE/v-deo.html, then after the rectangular waveguide, the shape of the horn is depend how wide the radiation pattern you want.. Of course the wider the lower gain and reduce the directional radiation pattern. It depend on your application.
