I pre-ordered this DAY ONE and it was kinda tough to make every single one of those layaway payments every month, lol! Especially when you’re paying for quite a few! Lol. But now that I see it in all its glory-I can see now that every hard earned cent was WORTH IT!! All the long nights of working overtime to afford the payments was WORTH IT! Damn, those legendary beast statues are knocking it out of the park with their 1/3’s. In the beginning I thought the satellite paint app was quite monotonous. But when you showed it in natural light it showed the difference in paint a lot better.
Holy shit I was not expecting it to be that big God it's beautiful. I want that hulk so bad they need to do a sabertooth

I just got the Premier in today and have set it up. It's breaktaking in its size and shelf presence. If you're a Marvel/X-Men fan, this is a no brainer Magneto to grab. Stunning.
It’s crazy how big this piece is. That hulk set just looks legendary though.

Legendary is the right word, I saw this Magneto statue before on another channel. Amazing Magneto, love how they are displaying him and his powers here. I would be interested in purchasing if Legendary made in 1/4 scale. It's just too big for my X-men collection. "That's what she said!"

I just received the Kotobukiya's 1/6th Magneto, and I love it. I still want to get this because I feel this is the Magneto of all Magnetos. Also, I don't want to lose that NRD. I'm really glad you got this X, great review.

That is one of the monstrous statue you have there nice. I like the open hand power pose better as well shows more action and satellite looks cool. I think the electro magnetic field could been alot more all around the statue but not too much to take away the statue itself but to add a bit more magnetic field to cover as much possible to create that huge sphere all over it show how powerful Magneto is, and to somewhat match the 1991 Jim Lee X-Men comic cover you have displayed there with the statue. But all in all it looks cool.
However my all time favorite Magneto custom statue is the Magneto Vs. The King Sentinel hand statue you reviewed 4 years ago, wow. I remember stumbling upon your channel by accident on that year in 2019 watching your custom Magneto statue video at the time, miss the classic old Extreme Channel introduction video before the statue review. I know i've said this before but you have come along way on your channel, wow my goodness talk about old school.
Both Magneto statues have the same open hand power pose but what i like about the 2019 Magneto custom statue more is the light up feature of Magneto's eyes and the torso switch out one where he has both arms stretched out to show his triumphant victory and his switch out helmets and head portraits along with Wolverine's adamantium body being magnetized with other metal elements on the base, which to me is a 10 out of 10 best custom Magneto statue there is to date hands down.
Both 2019 and 2022 Magneto statues are nice, but to me the 2019 custom Magneto Vs. The King Sentinel hand statue takes the win overall.

I bought the jim lee xmen 1when they came out. I believe it was at walmart. This statue does an excellent job capturing the look.

Thanks for mentioning Cosmic chase, awesome to have new avenues to pick up statues. This magneto is amazing and probably the best of the 3 if space and proximity pieces were no issue. But if i had to choose 1 to keep it would probably be the thor because of the storytelling in the base and the displayabilty (more suitable as a stand alone piece).
Love the Statue's. Been a Marvel reader since the mid seventies. I had no idea that these statues were being made. Amazing.

Great review Mr. X. I've always been a fan of the character, so picking this up was a no brainer for me. Can't wait to receive it. I believe it to be the best licensed Magneto statue to date. XM is really doing an amazing job with their pieces. Captain America, Thor and Magneto with Hulk, Thanos, Venom, Iron Man and others still to come. Exciting time to be a collector. Shipping costs notwithstanding.
I’ve seen pictures but it does not begin to depict just how massive this statue is. It awesome!
Gorgeous... I think this is my second fav of the three(behind Thor). I feel like Magneto just floats everywhere and walks rarely... the raised leg looks a bit weird. But we use Magneto all the time in MvC2 and as the main villain of the X-Men it just looks great.

Love this XM Magneto piece. He brought down the satellite defense system that whomever made it to hunt mutants may know they are messing with the wrong people. It is a fantastic sculpted piece, that stands out very well. The only problems I have with it is that it's 1/3 scale and the price. I have even seen really impressive 1/4 scale sculpts but because of the price I have just said sorry but no thanks. This Magneto is no exception to that rule. He is incredibly done but my my get it or pass line is the price and size. Does he have the X factor? Hell yeah! He sure does. Congratulations on obtaining it Mr. X.

Guess I would rate that one with Magneto sitting on sentinel hand and this one the best I seen. You know the statue community is waiting on you to show the Hulk when it comes out.

I think it'd have a lot of weight & engineering issues if the energy field was clear resin, so I think the paint app is a fair trade off. Looks pretty good IMO
Great looking statue, from far away you don't really see the flaws until you point them out, still a nice piece, thanks for sharing. This Magneto is my favorite, but those upcoming Hulk statues look good

Wow I cannot believe how huge the statue is it's insane. I don't have a Magneto but man if I had to have one I think this is it just need to knock down some walls LOL. Definitely think this is the best one they made and a real Kick-Ass Magneto statue.
Def a top 3 Magneto statue out there for me. I just hope prices will start dropping for statues b/c it's really getting out of control. I'm in a couple group where 1/4 are going down to $500-$600 now and I hope other groups will follow.

I just really love the base of the Thor statue. The wrap around recount character story is like some ancient statues. It's really cool when you see something in pop culture pull from real world history.

Looks amazing, easily the best in the line. Not sure about one piece, but the bent grate looking piece goes on the left of the satellite about the same height of the first branch off of the front left force field.
When I first started watching this, my first thought it was it was a good statue but holy hell the shading on his legs are definitely not subtle enuf! The shading in general was way too defined. Eventually you touched on that idea as well. As an artist myself I kept looking and after a long spell it dawned on me that the artist sacrificed the shading to portray the statue more as the Comic book cover. That popped in my head & then this staue became my favorite and most bad assed Magneto statue!!! Just wish these quarter scales weren't as expensive as they are .

I really liked Thor but I think this one is the new LBS #1. I always like when the statue is doing something more than just standing in the classic museum pose and I love when do a comic cover homage. Be Excellent.
