XPLR’s Neighborhood Series - Germantown Overview
In one of our first installments in our neighborhood series, we wanted to highlight one of the most walkable communities in the downtown Nashville areas. Germantown is ripe with not only one of the best food scenes in the city, but also one of the most jam packed locations for attractions besides Broadway.

Enjoy your videos, Stewart, I also am something of a Nashville historian and my wife, whilst having traveled around the world considers Nashville as her favorite city. What I would love to see is a video from you about Mount Olivet Cemetery and the people who helped build Nashville. Hit me up and I could give you a personal tour of this facinatiing place just two miles from downtown.

I have a 🙋‍♀️ question. In all the videos I see about Nashville and Murfreesboro I never see any people sitting or walking around much. Is it the time of day people are filming? I read Nashville is a large city and I’m wanting to relocate there from Tampa, FL. I want a quiet life but I want to feel like the city is alive. I hear people are friendly in Nashville (they arnt in Tampa and we have the rudest drivers) And that’s the main reason I’m interested to move there. I want to be able to meet people easily enough and make money with GrubHub, Uber, etc. is there a market for this industry there?
