Laura's easy to follow, easy to understand, drama free tutorials are a great way to learn the many intricacies of Illustrator, not least of which is bringing clarity to managing artboards.
🎉thanks! Is there any way to move the artboards not clicking, I mean when you have a large file with 40 pages for example and you don’t want to move the artboard clicking the arrow? Is there any other way to move it?
Yes, you can drag and drop in the Artboards panel (hold shift to select next-to-each-other, or cmd/ctrl to select multiples that aren't next to each other). Illustrator doesn't have the best controls for large multipage documents like InDesign, so I think drag and drop is your best bet.

So nice of you to say, John!!
Excellent tutorial. I am laying out storyboards that chage with each round of review. So helpful.😊
So glad to hear it!
THANK YOU! Good lord this was driving me nuts needing to rearrange the order in which AI would export PDF pages.
You're very welcome!
Oh thanks!! I was just looking to reorder the artboards in another order!

I think I have been after this trick (moving the order of artboards) for almost a decade, and I don't know why I could find it nowere!
Glad I could help!
