I wanted to create something really nostalgic with this one. Something that brings back happy holiday memories of snow glittering beneath street lights, laughter, cheer, sparkling Christmas lights strewn all about, Christmas music wafting from stores, and lots of winter coziness. Hello! M'name's Autumn, and I create these 3D art virtual escapes to help people like you relax, sleep, study, meditate, de-stress, write, read or just unwind. How utterly magical! I love the snow, which looks like it's coming down in "Christmas" flakes, and at different speeds and directions! And the multicoloured lights (nostalgia! You NAILED them), the warm light beckoning from within! The light on the snow is so beautiful; it looks like toasted marshmallow!! The traditional Christmas music, the distant laughter and voices, and crunching, squeaking snow underfoot, really make it delightful, like families are out for the early evening doing a little shopping, maybe skating in a nearby public outdoor rink... it's all giving me a winter movie vibe, like Serendipity! (One of my faves!)

I know thanksgiving hasn’t arrived just yet, but I really love how this Christmas storefront looks. The bright glowing lights from inside just shining out into the night is awesome. And the Christmas trees outside look great too

Thank you! Really glad you like it. ❤Also, please do remember that not everyone lives in America. We're celebrating Christmas earlier because after Halloween it's our next holiday. In Canada our Thanksgiving is in early October and we don't wait for other countries to finish their own holidays before we start getting pumped for Christmas. Same with UK and most other countries. I do agree there's a huge rush to jump from one season to the next, and I feel like fall doesn't get much love. Still none of my business what people celebrate as long as it makes them super happy (because we need more happy people!).

Hello dearest 😘 im a little late this year but I had to come and say a few things.. thank you for remaining true to yourself and your talents and giving the middle finger( figuratively of course lol) to the AI bot channels 👍🏻, and forever outdoing yourself ❤ This particular ambience has literally nailed every point i want and look for in a video - most especially the fall/ winter holiday time 🥹.. im so glad to see background chatter and noises have really caught on more recently- its probably the most soothing aspect to me other than the actual visuals, which I don't have to tell you that you are known in the genre for being top shelf for as well as being so attuned to what we want to find when scrolling for the perfect ambience -whether it's for sleeping, reading, daily tasks or otherwise.. Oh believe me, I wish there were more songs too-alas, it costed me around $500 just to license these ones (on top of licensing fees for some 3D assets I use, rounding the cost just to make this video out to around $700, to say nothing of the hours of work ). Because my new videos always nosedive in views this time of year for some reason, this video won't come close to recouping costs any time soon, so I have to sort of work around balancing making people happy but not draining my account in the process, you know? (Though I feel the licensing fees are totally worth it and I LOVE supporting composers as I know what they do takes lots of work and commitment!). @@AutumnCozy @AutumnCozy Oh wow, I didn't know it was so expensive to make this video. How come you can't use royalty free music? I used to make videos and I used Kevin MacLeod and other copyright free artists.
It really is costly to make certain videos with music if you want the music to be more unique and not the same stuff you hear in every other video. I _could_ use composers like Kevin MacLeod, sure, but I've used his stuff in the past already, plus hundreds of other channels already use his work. Also, UA-cam sometimes demonetizes channels for something called "reused content," and I believe one of the reasons that happens is because a channel keeps reusing the same songs/sounds, or a channel uses songs that have been used a ton already. The bots pick it up sometimes and demonetize, so it's good to keep things as unique as possible. I try to stick to a $500 budget with music though, so that sometimes means fewer songs.
@@AutumnCozy There are a bunch of (probably AI) coffee shop channels out there with 12 hour music mixes... do you know what they're doing to achieve that? I appreciate the dedication you put in your videos, but I also think art should be created and enjoyed without having to spend as much money.
@@185O If they’re AI channels then they’re likely making the songs with AI (which I’ll never do!). Some channels are actually run by composers themselves, too, so they just make their own music. I’m not musically inclined at all though, so I’m happy to pay those who are once in a while.
