Do you mean the section work experience? There you should list your previous positions. There is no section "reference job" on the of sections to select. Or do you mean recommendations? You can add the name and contact of a person who could recommend you, for instance a former employer or teacher. We advise you only to do that if this is the norm for applications in your country or if you the job announcement asks for recommendations.
