What can I do when I have lymphedemea and lipedema? I suffer serious leg,ankle feet charlie horse cramps daily. Trying to lose weight but it seems impossible. My legs are extremely heavy. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm doing the Every Other Day Diet. Just getting started on it a couple of weeks ago, but doing well. I know know a lady that is down 145 pounds. There is a book on it.
