my fvrt anchor... I luv watching u on TV as well as on youtube...lots of luv, plz keep posting these type of videos...........aapne vo famous Iron pillar dikhaya nhi?
Breathtaking view when the minar is lit!! A small correction: it is Mahmud of Ghazni, not Mohammed of Ghazni. The Qutb minar was the subject of the song 'Dil ka bhanwar kare pukaar' from Dev Anand-Nutan's Tere Ghar Ke Samne (1963), although the part depicting the staircase inside was shot in the studio. Clearly, the building of the minar to celebrate the conquest of Delhi sounds a more plausible motivation. It is unlikely the muezzin would climb so high for the azaan, hardly needed with a small basti around at the time. The lotus representations on the pillars were probably inspired by Persian or Greek mores, while the lattices shown here borrow from Arabesque and Moorish patterns. Also, notice the parts of the metal top over the dome of the tomb, it apparently resembles the shape of a round kalash, on top of which resembles a coconut is wrapped in leaves, what one sees in Hindu marriages. So the kalash represents death, the outer coconut shell the womb and the fruit signifiying the life within, thus completing the life & death circle the guide was talking about. So where Hindu elements feature and where Islamic ones do, it is not easy to view in isolation. In essence, what we label as Indo-Islamic architecture is so intricately mixed that it becomes virtually impossible to separate the two.
@@AnjileeIstwal Not you ma'am, I was talking about the expert. Yes, Mahmud of Ghazni came much earlier. The expert refers to him as Mohammad of Ghazni during the video 1:10-1:15. Apologies if I sound as if I'm nitpicking, but this is a common mistake.
Mam amazing video. Do you know ek exact replica hai in Afghanistan because Ghori started it by completed by his slave he went back to Ghor. Also another one was started but it was never completed. I would request you to go Kissa Khwan Mosque inside Purana Qila as Veer Zara one scene was shot there.
@@AnjileeIstwal Yup Anjilee correct but in Afghanistan it is completed one. Will wait for that video too and I watch it with entire family. It's all pleasure seeing your videos Anjilee. Keep it up

I was referring to Mohammad Ghori. Ghazni came a few centuries before Ghori. But the hint of Hindu elements in the buildings is unmistakable

I don’t know about the Afghanistan one but the other unfinished one was being made by Allauddin Khilji. I have shot that and will make a video soon

My mother said that earlier tourists were allowed entry inside qutub minar but due to an accident, entry was prohibited. Is it true?
That’s true, you could go up earlier but it was stopped due to multiple reasons
Is it really Qutub Minar or is it Dhruv Stambh?
Jiski jaisi shraddha bhaiyya! 🤣

Mam, do you use a camera phone to shoot? ( if yes then how do you do it in full-screen mode ?) or do you use a dedicated professional camera?
I use camera phone in landscape mode. That means I turn it sideways
