Those are Dong Tao Chickens ( also known as Dragon Chickens) very iconic in Vietnam, and also expensive in foreign Chicken Breeding Circles. A Breeding Rooster in my State in Australia costs $1200 AUD. Apparently, In Restaurants they are consIdered a great Delicacy. They only lay approx. 60 Eggs per year ... and the Eggs have to be carefully looked after because with their big feet.... sadly, unfortunately they can easily break their Eggs.
