I was so honored as a tour coordinator to bring my groups to this area for many years. Even when there was just a hole in the ground and a wire fence to hang things to honor those that lost their lives here that day. I find this memorial area a very wonderful place of that tragic day, because they knew what was happening and were true heroes. Someone had given me a pin that read “Let’s roll”. About the third time I came and brought a group here to experience this spiritual place ( because when here you feel these souls spirits) I gave that pin to the many other things hanging there on that fence to be put in the museum to honor these peoples. I felt very good to do this. I felt I left a piece of myself there for them and ask them to watch over me and this country. RIP.
