The base GT is a bit more affordable, but lacks the PHEV-iness. I imagine the lease deal will be pretty solid because they anticipated a 50% take rate on the R/T. The only way that makes sense is through leasing (because the $7,500 is only available on this car through the lease since it's built in Italy).
I'm hoping the EPA range in Canada comes in at 50km so that you can get up to 10k off in a few provinces. The 7kw charging is pretty rare in PHEVs so is pretty nice. I've always liked Dodge styling, but it will be way too much money for me unless the rebates are available.
