The wood chipper AM-120BD-K PRO is designed for processing and utilization by cutting branches, laths, boards, slats and other wood waste. The shredder of the branches turns the raw material into pieces with a length of 9 ... 18 cm, this size is not regulated but depends on the diameter (thickness) of the raw material. The chopper AM-120BD-K PRO is able to cut branches up to 12 cm in diameter, depending on the moisture and wood species. Chopped branches are ideal fuel for pyrolysis and solid fuel boilers, fireplaces, stoves and other heating appliances, as well as for the production of charcoal.
The productivity of wood chipper AM-120BD-K PRO is 10 cubic meters of ready products per hour. Productivity directly depends on the quality of raw material preparation and the number of personnel involved in the work. The grinder of branches AM-120BD-K PRO is equipped with a gasoline engine of the brand WEIMA with a capacity of 18 hp. fuel consumption of which is only 800 g / h. This engine is one of the most high-quality on the territory of Ukraine, service centers are located in each region. The engine is protected against overload by a special friction clutch of our design. The engine has a separate warranty from the manufacturer for a period of 12 months.
The working element of the chopper is knives. The AM-120BD-K PRO grinder has 6 knives, the knives are made of 40H steel, have a double angle of grinding and necessarily pass the heat treatment process on a modern HDTV installation. Cutting knives are inserted into the milled groove of the working shaft, this technology significantly reduces the load on the fixing bolts of the knives.
The AM-120BD-K PRO is installed on an automobile trailer, which allows the wood chipper to be moved for long distances directly to the places of work. The trailer is certified and must be registered. You can also order a chopper for branches without a trailer.The wood chipper AM-120BD-K PRO is equipped with a conveyor which allows feeding the chopped raw material directly to the car trailer or to a special container (container, big bag). The conveyor allows you to significantly increase labor productivity and reduce the number of personnel when working. In conveyors we use only quality PVC tapes produced in Poland and Holland.
The wood chipper AM-120BD-K PRO is equipped with a special safety handle which is located on the edge of the input hopper and serves for an emergency stop of the grinder of branches during operation. Also, the input hopper is equipped with a curtain made of transparent PVC to protect the operator from chips during operation. Chopper branches AM-120BD-K PRO is fully produced in our company. We control the quality of all stages of our production, all landing surfaces are obligatory grinding. Quality control of welded joints is carried out. Before painting, all constructions are stripped. The shredder is covered with powder paint, which significantly extends the life of the constructions.

@@arpal_vin Здравствуйте! Понятно. Как говорил мне один знакомый, если бы производители автомобилей, предоставляли возможность оренды с завода, то машин бы тогда вообще не осталось. Но как вариант, имеет место в жизни. Ибо в противном случае, спрос на них может подняться и тогда результат продаж мы увидим сразу на лицо.
@@arpal_vin Это я так, к примеру... Вот допустим завод выпустил 100 машин. Из них 20 под оренду, остальное на продаж. И т.д.

Только одно но, бензин дороже дров стоит...
На одной заправке можно работать целый день с перерывами. Это гораздо выгоднее чем купить дрова.
