Hi everyone, I'm an Ottawa based UA-cam channel providing walking & biking videos of this city and MORE! I film and edit all of the content on this channel, with the focus of documenting cities for artistic and historical purposes.
Ottawa is the Capital of Canada. It is located northeast of North America, in the Province of Ontario. It is the second-largest city in Ontario, and fourth-largest in the country. This beautiful city has been undergoing a major facelift in recent years with many projects proposed for the future. You will notice a significant amount of construction and I will be capturing the progress during our many walks & rides.

Thanks Ottawalks ! Got injured on St-John the Babtist day (24th of June in most part within the Gatineau side ) Could not join Canada Day if it had been possible , my foot was damaged although not at the bones level . I had a good walk & overview of a great event thanks to Ottawalks .
So true . I have never been so grateful of our new public means of transportation in spite of our many glitches , setbacks ,repairs , etc. To be fair I am not a frequent user & I can well understand the frustrations of those who depend on the service .
#,replay.. hello from BC. I enjoyed walking with you in Jan/Feb and appreciated how to presented the facts without saying much. It looks like people have survived the truckers. Nice to see the enjoyment of dominion day aka Canada day. However after what I saw on the hill I worry that this will never be a free country again.

Support constable Erin Howard. Whitby courthouse on July 15. 8:30am 605 Rossland Rd E Whitby ON L1N 0B7. There will be a convoy to a local park for a picnic with free food. (I have a permit for picnic at park). She stud up for you, now it’s time we all stand up for her.

And the Freedumb trash is this reason why a lot of people didn’t go downtown this year. They even had to move the Canada Day 10K race to Kanata because of these asshats.

I watched hours of this Canada Day from Ottawa, and I can say this Canada day was the saddest most subdued Canada day celebration I've ever seen. Another feather in Trudeau's cap he's managed to ruin Canada Day too.
...and I have yet to read anyone typing about just how long its been since Canada Day was NOT held on 'the Hill'...if ever. but sure enough, Next day, open to pedestrian traffic. BUt you forgot the 150th (maybe you didn't go?)=THAT was an embarrassment, and could not have been handled any worse.

The mayor spent so much money on the subway. It would have been cheaper to leave the buses and the transit ways and repair the roads which is falling apart in ottawa.
But it is good that he will not run again for mayor . He is a charming person and very likeable. He looked after himself well and all his friends. A Good Mayor is one who is put there to look after and manage the city. Not creating havoc , which is what was done.
One takes the subway from Rideau at to Tunney Pasture. Then has to walk in the snow and the violent wind to get your connecting bus.
For seniors and disability Ottawans this is a nightmare. The mayor has one standard for himself and another for Ottawans.
Canada Day is now a day to cry after Trudeau has had his way with it.

Not impressive at all, everyone looks depressed and the numbers are low. Anyone catch any live streamers from Russia? Moscow and St. Petersburg are way more beautiful than Ottawa.
