Pressure cooker is the secret to a very soft beans,no matter how hard the beans is it's going to get soft,I had the same experience with beans not until I got myself a pressure cooker that was when I was happy about cooking beans.😅

Get pressure cooker. Your beans should be properly cooked within 12-15 mins maximum.

When you start boiling the beans don't add salt at first. Add salt after the beans is cooked. Also, add bicarbonate of soda or baking soda and it'll soften the beans. That's how we cook beans in Ghana.

What I mean is any product that has chicken drawing or chicken written on it, will be removed if found in your luggage so it’s best to repack if possible so the label isn’t seen

If you’re unable to get accommodation you can stay in Airbnb or hotel when you get to the uk and look for accommodation. If you’re a student you can also get student accommodation, consider websites like amber student
