Will this Naruto be evil after he finds out the truth? Unlike your other series I don't think he should. A real badass yes though. Minato and the others will bitterly regret what they did, but I don't think Naruto should forgive them. Since he is essentially Whis I think Naruto Angel and Angel clan can go. Mostly to counter the fact that everyone thought he was Kyuubi or manipulated by the demon. If he creates a clan he needs one or more wives. The advice I give you is Temari. In this way he is not linked to any clan of the village, but is of fundamental importance for the alliance with Suna. Maybe add more girls outside of Konoha like Karin, Tayuya, Kin or any other that he can rescue and bond with him. With Karin above all it would be a slap to Kushina who completely deserves it. I recommend excluding Yugito and Fuu because it's more complicated. As teammates it's difficult. No Sasuke and Sakura. No Menma and Naruko. Other teams is a problem although I would prefer him in team 10 with or instead of Choji. Team 8 instead of Kiba could work if Hinata is one of the wives. If she is in love with Menma, exclude this possibility. A team with Yakumo Kurama and Sai in theory could be created, but Sai is a problem and this Naruto with Sai I don't think will work. Yakumo could be one of the wives if you want to create the clan. A jonin who takes him as a student, but you can't use Itachi because you have already done it in other stories. The problem is that if it's not Itachi there's no other really interesting person who can take that role. Kakashi should have Sasuke, Menma and Mito or at least one of them. The sannin wouldn't do that. Kushina and Minato are excluded or at least I think. Shisui and Itachi not much difference.
