*It must be hard for him like shotaro who have to join a group that’s already debut for a while now and with others who have more experience than him but yet he’s still doing his best and amazingly too*
Yup, you can tell he's still over-thinking a bit, needs to loosen up and trust himself more, and just enjoy it coz at the moment even though he's not the strongest dancer or the most accurate with the steps, if he just let his personality take over you'd not notice so much but hey his young and he'll get there. I think he and Shotaro are great new additions and they're so blessed to have such amazing talent around them to help them.
I’m sure he’ll start feeling more comfortable on stage soon. He’s only done like 3 or 4 live stages as of now. And he’s got plenty of time to improve
Also NCT’s first ever full group performance of debuted members only consisted of about 16 members so he has plenty of members that he can also relate to. Lol
TangledAngle I think he’s really good actually, he’s quite accurate and keeps the integrity of certain moves really well. I think he’s just tall/long-limbed which is hard as a dancer. But yes, I agree on the over-thinking part but ofc it’s to be expected! I can’t wait to see how he gets comfortable and improves over time
@@Blah-Blah-Blah143 I believe he’s pretty accurate on the choreography though like for example the foot work. I wouldn’t be surprised if many thought he was going to be sloppy and stiff in dancing with little to no control due to his height and limbs (don’t come at me but Johnny comes to mind) but surprisingly he’s not and executed it quite well despite the choreo’s complexity. He’s light af on his feet if you observe his foot work. Like many people said already, he over thinks things and still isn’t confident yet as he’s not used to dancing with this group or even being on stage. Just need to give him some time to adjust.
i mean i can’t say much cuz a.) i’m not a dancer b.) im short, but what i did notice is that usually people with longer limbs tend to struggle a little be with stiffness and beat... mostly because they have to move a little faster to stay on beat, which can make their dance lines look a bit stiff... and also this is his debut song, so i guess it’s ok to be a little nervous and stiff... i know he’ll do great in the future! he has 20 hyungs 1 same age friend and 1 cute dancing machine baby, i’m sure he’ll be fine💚😉

When you compare this to yesterday’s stage you can clearly see that he’s looks more confident in this and his face expressions are better. Let’s not forget that this is Sungchan’s debut song and it must be really hard for someone to adapt to a 4 years old, popular group. But he still did awesome. I hope in the future he can shine not just with his visuals but also his stage presence and rapping skills. (He is doing awesome already but i feel like koreans are just talking about his visuals?) When I first saw Sungchan in the NCT 2020 traile, he reminded me of Hiroya Shimizu.
I feel ike he looks like a combination of the nationalities in east asia since he looks like other Korean idols (taeyong, jaejoong, lee know), some Japanese actors (even looks like yuta from nct), and Luhan (heard he even looks like the chinese actor darren chen to some degree).
