I think the show presents Hatice being the youngest cause in a flashback Valide travels with a young Hatice to Manisa to visit Suleiman so it's implied the other sisters have got married by this point. Although in truth I don't think the show thought through the order of the sisters until they were needed in the story so its anyone's guess.
