Helpful. But why didn't you pry the transmission for the rear bolt? Currently I have my bolts out but cannot get enough space to remove the old mount. I assume this was done after replacing the top mounts? Any advice is appreciated. Thx
+Emilio Solis There could be multiple reasons why this torque strut engine mount would need to be replaced. To determine if you need it replaced on your vehicle, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it.
Bolts were backwards on mine short was in rear and long was in front 🤔 194k on it somehow someone must have got the mounting bolts on wrong when they replaced them 1st time

how do i get it off if back bolt has welded itself to the centre of mount and the rubber is just spinning round

What do I do if I can’t get the motor far enough back to put back in the holes?
One more thing. The longer bolt goes on the smaller end not the other way around like the video.
