We have the original Airlander and it has been excellent. No faulting the workmanship. One hassle, if you sleep on your side like me, and I find this on every camper trailer or roof top tent mattress, is the 3am ache on the hip area. It takes 5 or 6 hours sleep on your sides to crush or flatten the mattress foam.... and then you have a hard surface which feels like the floor and the ache is the hip response. And it wakes you up. I found the solution on a caravan forum. Total bliss, problem disappears. File under "Side Sleeper camping solution". You slip EVA high density exercise mats under the mattress. Not just any neoprene etc, not play mats, but specifically "EVA 75" in 20mm thickness. Comes in 1m x 1m black tiles and you need 3 to fit the Airlander floor (so one tile gets cut approx. in half to cover the king single size mattress). Clark Rubber sell it for about $55 each tile. Total expense is about one night in a good motel. Totally solid gold solution if you are a side sleeper.

Good to know. I was hoping they would come with latches vs straps. & Thanks for the quick reply! I’m located in Southern California :)
Those plastic straps won’t last very long.
