Great trip report! very informative and descriptive. My husband (who is Filipino) and I have flown PAL business class between Sydney and Manila a few times, we prefer PAL to Qantas! Keep up the great work!!
I fly PR119 and PR118 every year. I fully agree with your review of the terminal and lounge at NAIA. Very outdated and shocking compared to YYZ and YVR. The amenity kit is also in need of a refresh. I receive the same stuff every year. On the plus side, the food on those routes is usually good and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Another downside, miles can only go to its own program or ANA’s mileage club.
