Funny thing is, COPPA has been a thing since 1997. It's just that nobody cared UA-cam ignored it until recently. So it won't really "come into effect" as it's already in effect and has been for over 20 years
There's a special place in my heart for this DLC. In highshcool my friends and I loved fallout but sadly one of them passed away in an accident shortly before launch of fallout 4. The oldest of us emailed Bethesda' and actually got threw to them. My old friends name is for ever in fallout 4s far harbor dlc. When you protect the hull and look threw the mist the first NPC running for safety is Jared Gresham my old friend made it into the game. It was in the newspaper and iv never been so proud. ❤
The part where you lost sight of the legendary wolf’s body was so relatable I don’t know what it is with this dlc and making legendary corpses disappear
I had a legendary super mutant and a mirelurk queen both spawn, get killed, and then disappear on me in the middle of the captain's dance open pond. There's no way I misplaced a mirelurk queen corpse 😓
Far harbor is my favorite piece of Fallout through all the games 1, 2, 3, NV, and 76. It's so well done I just wish the expansion had been a 40 hour plus expansion instead of 10 to 15 when it comes to just the quests

The ending is awful, unless you pick a very specific set of choices to try to maintain as much peace as possible. It leaves so many unfinished and failed quests if you do anything else.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but if you used a save from your legendary weapon run, doesn't that mean you did this run on the second highest difficulty setting Because that was enabled on the legendary gun run?

@@maximumoverstat you can knock people unconscious, but in all honesty, you only have to kill one person in the game, so all he would have to do is play as if not to kill anyone. I've done that myself, but boy is it a pain in the ass. OP and I both would like for him to do a fist only, hardcore, all negative perks playthrough, but have settled for any playthrough period at this point
@@maximumoverstat Having high skill and strength allows doing so, especially after the armor is broken. Vitality also helps, because it makes it easier to tire out enemies, which makes them take more damage
It took me over an hour of trying to figure out that crap the first time before I realized what to do with those little scurrying bugs. Fallout 4 is amazing in alot of ways. One such way happens to be just how vague the game is on nearly everything.
Id love to see you do a run where you only use Codsworth and another robot that you built for damage , i wiould obviously allow the use of automoton and all the robot mods from it to make the robots as good as you can from as early as possible as long as you had the perks and materials
Arron O' Neill I’ve actually have done this before, the issue is codsworth doesn’t become a companion until after you help Preston in concord. So I had to level up my self to 15 which is when automaton starts and get ada as a companion.
Robotic Merc Codsworth becomes available as a companion as soon as you have done “checking out” Concord - which means you don’t have to help Preston, simply meeting him is enough for that.

One thing I hate about Fallout 4 is how the legendary weapons COMPLETELY obsolete any unique weapon. Why get Kellogs pistol when you can find a legendary 44 with the Relentless effect and name it Kellogs pistol? It's not like finding the Ratslayer or Paciencia or The Medicine Stick and using the god teirlieness of them, its just boring. I would love to see a demake of Fo4 in the Gamebryo (fnv and fo3) engine, much better mechanics at the cost of some annoying (and some VERY cool) bugs and some unstableness depending on the weather.

nothing is required prior to starting the far harbor quest line. you can go to far harbor immediately after leaving the vault for the first time... if you can survive the journey to the NE of the map without meeting your death. The only difference, is that the Nakano couple refers to you as a 'Good Samaritan" instead of "Detective."

All I know about that game is you can't do damage to anyone in armour with your fists. But then I don't know how much of that is needed to beat it.

Forgot how good this was compaired to fallout 76. and a few things like terrible storey and diolog. apart from that it's a good fallout game.

nothing is required prior to starting the far harbor quest line. you can go to far harbor immediately after leaving the vault for the first time... if you can survive the journey to the NE of the map without meeting your death. The only difference, is that the Nakano couple refers to you as a 'Good Samaritan" instead of "Detective."
