    I was was really hoping to hear something as simple as rest (sleep) not just active recovery, massage or deloads. Too many powerlifters think it's always balls to the wall and won't simply back off and rely on nature's best recovery method.

    Great ending: "I didn't get into powerlifting to get weaker and smaller..." Had a good laugh. I am 72 years old and recovering from an operation eight weeks ago and lifting to gain strength, size and attitude that has declined severely over the last couple of years. Yep, I want to get weaker and smaller...Thanks for these fine videos guys. Always admired Dan Green and some of the other fine powerlifters.
