Perfect timing, was just about to top some of my new vines and will no longer do it! Makes a lot of sense with all the growth you get anyway! Glad I found your page. Subscribing now!

I've started doing the same, I let it grow now instead of cutting off the top.

Should i change the soil every year????

If you can that would be ideal. However in most cases it's not practical. The response also changes depending on what type of soil you are using.

Ooh, Tye, what have you got for moving your half-barrels? I need something to help me move mine and haven’t found a good solution… I see you have something behind your plant in this video, that looks like some sort of hand truck, but bigger. Thx!

Check out the hand trucks at Harbor Freight. We have a few of them. They are made to move 55 gallon drums, so they work perfect for us.

What is a better dragon fruit for an Arizona? Phoenix weather, our Winters 29°-46°F / Summers 112°-122°F . Spring & fall are perfect 75°-90°F . Few days ago we was at 120° day & 111° nights a few varieties fried dead 🌞 🔥.

@arianduran1725, Our results are from the Gulf South and close to 100% humidity year-round. Our elevation is 50 ft above sea level. These are other things to consider. We are not experienced in growing anything in Arizona, sorry. We recommend not tipping your Dragon Fruit plant once it reaches the top of your trellis if you want flowers sooner in any location.
