Best Yoga teacher on Breathing # we are bestowed with many breathing techniques( Yoga) which can practice daily in our life. Thank you Gen la for your deep knowledge on Yoga and teaching for a week.
Great ! Perhaps, if it may be okay to suggest, I think LTWA shud also teach yoga or Neljor (as in Tibetan) based on the ancient Nalanda techniques or otherwise … techniques like ‘the 5 Tibetan rites’ , tsa lung, etc. lesser known techniques that common people could greatly benefit … there are also books published, eg by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. Even His Holiness taught one simple technique in Delhi.. some years ago… The father of modern Yoga of India, Krishnamacharya ji, he himself has claimed to have learnt in Tibet. The true source of Hatha Yoga, is likely from Indian master Virupa (8-9th century CE), except for the name the technique is same… This will preserve and supply diversified techniques available at disposal for all in world to choose … to benefit their mental and physical well being …
