I had a doctor who would tell me that I am a cold blooded type, so I should at least eat once a day a warm meal. It's not common in germany to eat a warm breakfast other than maybe porridge, but I always feel better when eating something warm instead cold. But I love icecream and apparently icecream for breakfast makes you more concentrated. Idk. I guess, just go with the flow and what feels best for you, is all the advice any of us need.

Hi Nao. Your cat is so cute! I had 2 dogs for a long time. They were both very old and died within 2 weeks of each other. It has been over a year but I am still not ready to love another fuzzy butt. I admire your early morning routine. I get up early do chores then sometimes go back to bed. I love your plants too. They heal the soul. Thank you for sharing.
