    Thanks so much for the simple way to create these labels. It did take me a minute to find a question/response regarding the Nutrition Facts outline, but after reading your response I was able to do it. I think my labels turned out really great and am sure my niece will love them. Thanks again!

    Hi, thankyou for this video! I have 1 question.. My measurements are 8*1.4.. when I open it with word pad, the biggest I can go is 7.. is there any other free program that I can use?, that you know if.

    • @BurstofSunshine
      @BurstofSunshine  3 роки тому +1

      You could try rOtating it sideways into landscape instead of portrait. You also might try changing the margins on your word pad as that is probably what is stopping it from having the full surface area. I use wordpad because it is free but if you have Microsoft Word it would probably work even better! :)

    Do you keep the size to 7×1 in word?

    • @BurstofSunshine
      @BurstofSunshine  5 років тому +1

      Yes, you want the label to fit the same size as the original and Microsoft word prints items true to size once you size it right in the program. So definitely keep it to the size of the label you need in word :)

      I made a rectangle or square in the color you want the border to be. Then add another rectangle in white ONTOP of the first one, just slightly smaller. It’s really just 2 rectangles stacked, but it gives the illusion of a boarder! 😁 I hope that makes sense. Then for the lines I just add lines in where I want them ontop of the rectangles.

    • @BurstofSunshine

      @@kongswietmie When you first go into canva log in, i use a free account I do not have the premium, and dont use any templates starting out, go to the right side and click Custom Dimensions. I always change it to inches instead of px so I know my sizing is accurate cause px can get confusing to me. Then it will give you a blank layout exactly the size you need for your specific bottle wrap. And i apologize I am not sure how to put a picture inside of an element. You definitely could probably just play around on canva though and see if you can figure it out, thats how I learn most of what I know on there lol. I hope this was helpful.

      Arvin Macanas I used regular printer paper! I just seal it in with packaging tape so it doesn’t get wet and soggy. 🙃

      I apologize for the delay in responding I've spent weeks prepping for a craft fair. I used regular printer paper and then just waterproofed it with tape. I like regular paper because it isnt too stiff which means its flexible enough to bend around the bottle good :) Hope that was helpful.

      Kaitlynn Toomer I did just use regular printer paper and once I sealed it with the packaging tape it made it more sturdy and protected the ink from running

    Do I have to get the pro version in order to do the labels?

    • @BurstofSunshine
      @BurstofSunshine  3 роки тому

      Nope! Free version gives you more than enough to customize it to be anything you want! :) I've only ever used the free version!

    Hey what background you used for your bottle label?

    • @BurstofSunshine
      @BurstofSunshine  5 років тому

      I usually just find free images on Canva or something of that sort to use as a background. :) Hope this was helpful. I would definitely use google to your advantage to find cute images you can stretch to fit your background.

    Hello. I have a order of 40 bottles & I don’t know what to charge. Can you give me an idea?

    • @BurstofSunshine
      @BurstofSunshine  2 роки тому

      Hm I’m not sure I’ve never sold them! I would definitely consider how long it is going to take you to make them! Your time is valuable! And the cost of supplies as well! Be sure to pay yourself fairly for your work!

    where do you print? can the bottles be chilled?

    • @BurstofSunshine
      @BurstofSunshine  5 років тому +1

      I just used a cheap at home printer. Once you cover the labels with the packaging tape it makes them safe to be chilled because any water drops wont destroy your ink, the tape kind of protects it! :)
