Power let us assume=2500 watt
Current=2500/12=208
Amp=210 for secondary
Primary current=2500/220=11.36

You have calculated the wrong. How will be produced 12 volt at the right voltage 220 v, when you are taking the input 270 volt.
The right calculation is
810 turns at 270 volt okay, it's good.
For 12 volt or secondary winding
810/220= 3.6 turns/ volt
12x 3.68=44.6
Taking round off it's 45 turns per volt
