    Gove was in cabinet when we voted Conservative 3 times on manifesto promises to reduce migration. Subsequently and deliberately, millions of Immigrants were allowed in directly against our democratic wishes.

      We also have a first past the post system, which I am sure you have seen is completely un democratic.

    Nigel is correct. I have voted Conservative for 40 years and I will never do so again. It is immaterial to me who their new leader will be they have both talked about what they are going to do but never put these policies in place when they had the opportunity. So never again.

      i left UK, i was an ardent socialist, i changed from the left due to the Pakistani child grooming (rape) gangs and the labour coverup of it. (read Maggie Olivers book). Any party which puts ideology ahead of children's innocence should be voted out, and anyone who votes for them, needs to fundamentally question their ethics and morality.

      I think it's a long way out, but we will have to see. Vance is saying the right things, but ultimately he was picked because he's not Mike Pence. He might make a name of himself over the next 4 years if they win, but like Nigel said, Trump has 3000 people lined up to run the country, so it's not as if it's slim pickings to choose a successor.

    As a current member of the Reform Party I am now considerign my membeship. I say this as if Mr. Farage's opinin, as stated, that for "Trump to win the USA election ill be good" then that might well be an indication of where the leanings of the Reform Party are heading. Whether Trump wins or not the issue for me is that a key figure of a UK Government Party should not be publically isssuing such statements.
