Brother, I work in India. When I tried applying for urgent visa after passing driving license but it asks for visa and flight ticket. How can I apply for urgent license printing? there is no visa required for working in India

After applying for Urgent Smartcard Print, where should we go to pick that up? I mean, for instance, I'm from Jhapa and got my license from Transport office of Jhapa itself. So where should I go to get the card? Jhapa or Kathmandu? Little confused as the card is to be made urgently.
I am not quite sure of it brother, however please go to your respective transport office and do ask, that will help you.
