I need to be maintaining weight while both burn fat and gain muscle. I'm 75kg, 5' 10.5", any tips? 🤔 It's usually the diet in which I have trouble with. Anyways, great video
Try to avoid fried foods and if you must , then have only a little. Break fast with light meal, hydrating a lot with water, hit the gym and then have a large meal afterwards. I’m south asian and it’s also a challenge for me with food since family members dislike if you don’t eat enough with them during ramadan. So you just have to eat little and make small excuses daily to minimize unhealthy stuff…
But if you hold the opinion that women can’t work because of “unnecessary free mixing”, then men can’t go to the mixed gym because it is “unnecessary free mixing”. You can live without the gym. Work out some other way. Y’all will make life hard for women without batting an eye, but once YOUR life gets affected, suddenly there are exceptions 🙄

If you’re trying to gain weight in a healthy fashion (clean bulk) drink this calorie packed smoothie after having iftar: Walnuts, Almonds, Chia seeds, Banana, Avocado/Berries, 5 Dates, Olive oil, Honey, Milk, Peanut butter I’m a skinny dude but I’ve put on a lot of weight from this one smoothie. The key is to stay consistent with making and drinking it EVERYDAY. Don’t get lazy or discouraged cause eventually you will see results. ❤❤

I work out at home after fajh prayer. there is at least 45 minutes before sunrise and you can drink water while you workout
