Great video. I would like to receive information about everything you are using here: the printer, the press, the powder, the films and everything. Is it possible?
Hi, the DTF process is to print on a film and directly transfer onto fabric. Spread powder is necessary because it improves contrast and sharpness, making for better prints in general. You must apply the hot-melt powder while the DTF transfer is still wet. So the backside is white.
after the powder is cured on the film, how long do you have to press it onto a shirt. Do you have to press it on shirt right away or can you store the cured film for a few days. Thanks
@@bestsubtv Not answering the question there. The question is: After the powder is put on the film, can we keep the film and only press the film days later?
The powder helps to absorb any excess moisture from the ink, which helps to prevent smudging or smearing during the heat transfer process. So, to improve the quality and durability of the printed image on the film, the powder is necessary to use in the DTF printing process.
DTF printing process is to print on the film and then transfer the film to the fabric or other substrates. The transfer process is similar to the heat transfer vinyl.
