I would love to hear some of your personal reflections on living with BED. I read a lot of medical articles about different eating disorders when I was trying to figure out what was going on with myself- I wanted to see if anything resonated with me. However, I found that difficult since they were so "dry" with their language if that makes sense... They contained no personal "inside stories", but they were medical articles so what did I expect... After getting my Obsessive Compulsive Disorder diagnosis I found that my disordered eating pattern were caused by my OCD rather than any direct ED. But I would still like to hear more about your experience with BED if you are comfortable sharing. I would love to understand better❤

I want to talk about it so bad! I am going through something atm, and after that I would love to share my thoughts on it, and where I am coming from in this whole thing. BC you are right, there is nothing really out there about it, is very taboo to talk about, and I want to let people know they aren't alone!
So just stay tuned, it's coming I promise
