The BTR armor is not thick enough to support ERA hence why you won't see ERA on Russian BTRs. This will ultimately make the vehicle a death trap

They're simply testing the gun & auto target finder, Russia made BTR is just a stand test for Iran made weaponry.

obviously the ERA bricks have been modified for this vehicle accordingly. It's not the same strength as the bricks they put on tanks.

So you don't think that they can reduce the amount of explosive compound in each brick ? They are manufacturing the bricks after all...Who cares whether Russia did it or not ? Just because Russia didn't do it that doesn't mean that it won't work. Russia also never intended ZU cannons to be mounted on pickup trucks. They were intended/designed to be used as anti aircraft cannons but now it's a common sight on battlefields all over the world.
