i believe, we cannot compare both. one is ERP solution and other one is a platform which even support ERP to function. SAP versions are available on cloud.
You can do SAP while management studies. The benefit is while learning management skills, It will also provide the technical skill in the SAP module. if there is no commerce background, you can focus on SAP -MM, SAP-SD ERP components.
