bought a zen yesterday and I was so excited to give it a try but I can’t get past the firmware update. Everytime I try it says device not found, I’ve tried connecting each usb cable it came with , I plugged the micro & mini usb together , I hard reset the cronus , I even grabbed a mini usb cord I had my own and still no luck. I see in the comments people have been having problems & nobody is addressing why. Is it because my zen is defected or is the batch defected ? For $100+ you’d expect everything to be working & not have “faulty” cables. I bought 2 more usb cords off Amazon to see if they work but this is very frustrating.

My zen turns on shows what I’m using and I can switch it manually on the zen but Its not working with my controller and I have it wired

Question for you: Using PowerA Spectra wired controller with Zen and getting good readings in device manager outputs and inputs, however when I connect to Xbox series X, the only button that seems to work is the home button, no d pad, joysticks or anything else.
