Danyaal... I am also 1980's female and i know all these things which Sir Imran is talking about. I even studied in Arena Multimedia so people of that era were so fond of learning graphic designing and web designing... So 40's know much more about tech than 30's and 20's people these days.

@DaniyalSheikh 1:14:06 .yeah ,our father also strict sugar in our home and even oil and ghee. instead we use Shakir (شاکر) and Pure mustard oil ,and Desi Ghee. You Should definitely try to implement this in your food for yourself . i challenge try this for week I guarantee if this didn't work for anyone call me any thing you want.
