@DaniyalSheikh 1:14:06 .yeah ,our father also strict sugar in our home and even oil and ghee. instead we use Shakir (شاکر) and Pure mustard oil ,and Desi Ghee. You Should definitely try to implement this in your food for yourself . i challenge try this for week I guarantee if this didn't work for anyone call me any thing you want.
