Sami, Did you see the slogan on the wall at the Oulu airport? It is the city of Oulu that use that slogan in their marketing campaigns. ”The capital of Northern Scandinavia”. She only read that. Nothing she made up by herself. 🤣 And Oulu have 3 times more habitants than Luleå and Skellefteå.
