After college I got an awesome job, my friend was doing construction and playing RS still. He was on his last 99 skill but hadn’t got a phat yet. I spent $1500 to get a fully maxed char with a blue phat then called him to play together. He logged on to see me with a higher level act and a phat. That’s when it dawned on him that he wasted his life. He spent 12 years grinding getting fat and doing nothing in life. Dont be like my old friend

man its fun watching these videos and not having a clue at all of whats going on because im too broke to play runescape anymore nor am i skilled to do anything pvp wise i just can't the game isn't fun anymore everything is so expensive i mean ffs a pot of flour is over 120gp ATLEAST if not more meanwhile wheat can't be purchased and a pot is 8gp guess theres a labor tax or something bonds on RS3 have been around or over 100mil for so long its impossible to reach that on f2p since you can't even make 10mil hourly and the hourly's on the actual list of money makers are just impossible unless you no life the game enough to be that fast and have like most of the profit it lists already just as an input the actual outputs of cash are lies and its not any better on old school my best money maker is pie shells and grinding till i can mine or craft runite like im playing ironman the only way i can grind smithing xp at this point is if i get membership to go to motherload to get enough mats to do so cuz otherwise its out of my pocket entirely... its not worth it i'd need to have an income just to make the game anywhere near playable at this point, and yes i've grinded moss giants in varrock sewer for the mossy key the drop rate is so low i can spend a full week spending most of my time grinding it and get maybe a few at best only to not be able to kill the boss and waste all of that time and patience i made more money in high alching than i do fighting the boss
