It is 02:50 in the night and I live completely alone. It is snowing outside and absolutely nobody lives around me. I love listening to this, watching the snow whiten the ground, all under an amazing full moon behind a haze of thin clouds. No more perfect a night could there ever be. The moon light sparkles with the falling snowflakes. There are enormous benefits to living alone. I could not imagine this being this beautiful with someone else around me to ruin the music and sight.

When I was young, I begged my teacher to let me play Chopin. She said that Chopin was for girls, and made my play Rachmoninoff, Beethovan and Grieg. Out her control, I enjoyed my finest hours learning everything Chopin ever wrote. I love him to this day. He is the best piano composer ever.

I used to play this song on repeat to sleep when I was younger. It became my favourite classical song and makes me cry sometimes. This made me realize that I love piano so much. My mother used to have classical piano playing when we got home from school, to help us calm down from the day. To this day, I believe that is the reason I love classical piano so much...
+Jennifer Conklin My mother played piano and organ. She was sought after to perform for weddings, church, etc. and as a hobby she was an aspiring classical pianist. We would come home from school and find her playing pieces like those here. She's gone to be with the Lord now but listening to this makes me remember her all those years ago. I just wish I had taken her up on taking lessons to play myself.

I've never really connected to a classical song, but for some reason this song really speaks to me. The first time I ever heard it it was in the soundtrack to a movie and for some reason I started crying. It's just so beautiful.

To zależy co jest grane. Chopin w swojej muzyce ma też mnóstwo "tęsknoty i żalu". Być może przez to "wygnanie" do Paryża. Ja zawsze czułem wiele "straty i smutku" w jego muzyce, na przykład w Nocturne w B# molowym, Op. 9 no. 1.

What it means is a brief piano work that is inspired by the night.
The great Chopin blessed the world with as a single-movement character piece for the piano.
This is such a simple, divine melody that awakens in me all nicely. Pure love.
