I think yes. you need 3 documents(for major correction, only 2 for minor) and every upload shows list of documents which u can choose from. DL and PAN is obvious. you can use any other document from the list as well.
Sir, I need to update my father's name in epf account. I had sent joint declaration form to the employer and they .have also submitted to the epfo. Now it is more than 3 months father's name not updated. Raised grievance . They said to share the acknowledgement copy to trace back the form. What to do in this case? There is no mismatch in my father name still my PF transfer request got rejected by Field Officer stating the same reason twice. I don't see any mismatch though

What father name we see in kyc after login is not ultimate. I faced it and my claim was rejected and i could not even solve it meeting commissioner level for years. Bcoz they say as per their record which we can not see has little difference. They gave me printout. Nothing can be so ridiculous and nonsense. They wanted documents which no one has like marriage, birth cert etc who are at the age of 60. When recently after changing rule 11march i could do it through jdf that too with lot of trouble as they wanted eSig of company. For information as I became expert on this fighting for years and my big fund stuck. PF office and people are worst than North Korea and modiji should stopped talking digital.india. A new bahana. They said passbook not attached. I told I did not attach passbook but cheque with my name printed. They guy told it is a standard reply. The issue is the site can not save the PDF file properly in many cases. So they say not uploaded. What can not more nonsense in digital India. After few months they speak like this and keep on giving excuses one after another and can be due to illicit reason.
