This also reminded me of a planetologist-lite-like homebrew addition to universal movement: If a player can move forces farther than an adjacent territory, and moves one stack of forces through a territory that has another stack of their forces, they can pick-up that second stack along for the ride.
I would like to add two icons: 1st for global effect, 2nd one for specific leader, maybe some combination phase and specific i: mutleple figures and moment phase. That this like advice. Icon should be squid for multiple, and single person for specific leader, and maybe add disc for usage in battle for skill leader.
