Don't be scared of adding butter to anything lol, your body needs a certain amount of cholesterol and creates its own if it doesn't have enough anyway. I recommend raw garlic mixed in butter, I add mine once the steak is cooked and let it melt on top, that way you get maximum garlic flavour :D P.s. I'm from England, we don't call it pop or soda, the general term is "fizzy", or just the brand name i.e. "coke" or "pepsi"!
Love your videos Seb, honestly they are such stress relievers. Love watching you react to the boys and being so genuine about it. Also on a serious note, senior med student here, please don’t stop/excessively reduce fat intake fearing cholesterol. I think one of the previous comments mentioned that our body needs some cholesterol for normal body functions. Note, hypocholesterolemia is a thing too when our fat levels drop beyond normal and remarkably, the effects actually are even more adverse than hypercholesterolemia. Particularly because it can affect mental health (patients even report with suicidal thoughts), rational decision making and can trigger brain hemorrhages, cancer formations, kidney problems and much more. Advice is that eat everything in their appropriate amounts (and eat deliciously-don’t crave, that’s another factor that can cause health issues cause stress is a killer babe🤣), just don’t eat it everyday. 💜💜
@Uzma Azmi Yes they did studies decades ago and found a correlation between high cholesterol/ high fats in the blood and heart disease so doctors began putting millions of elderly people on anti cholesterol drugs to lessen the amount of cases of heart disease and the accompanying mortality rates. But they didn't realize that our bodies do need decent amounts of good some of the fatty acids, and because they'd artificially decreased the levels in all those people's bodies, with those drugs, it led to more heart disease because not enough of it caused people's veins and arteries to be more brittle and non flexible & that led to plaques of cholesterol getting caught on the roughened veins insides and then clots would form into plaques in there & form and cause even more heart attacks & heart disease than before. All good foods in balance and moderation with occasional treats is the right way to eat, it is the added sugar in our diets that truly does the most damage to us, our pancreas, liver, then excess weight and from that high blood pressure and diabetes eventually.
You need to wait til the water boils or your pasta can get all gummy and stick in lumps together and then it does not feel right at all or taste es good.`
