However, one presumption that you are making may turn out to be incorrect,: homeless people in Salem became homeless in Salem from circumstances in Salem such us loss of employment and divorce. If became homeless in Seattle, I would go to a beautiful town like Salem where they give free food and free shelter, and where the competition for panhandling is not as intense as in L.A., San Francisco, and the like. I submit that one way to eradicate panhandlers and lazy bums is to refrain from giving them money. Now, don’t freak out, I did not say all homeless people or buns.
The only China I like is white No, you cannot discern from looking at possessions from where a homeless bum came. Most are young and able-bodied. If 1500 for rent is unaffordable, how come the other 350,000 persons in Salem are able to work and pay rent?
