Great question! I am going to follow this process and register it in South Dakota instead of the state I live in: www.dirtlegal.com/street-legal-utv-guide/georgia One of the downsides is I will have to pay their state taxes since I have a loan on it. So my goal is to have it paid off next year and then register it in South Dakota through Dirt legal. I can't freaking wait! There was a Pro XP at the dealership that had a license plate on it in the shop. Apparently this guy drives it on the road all the time. I didn't meet him but I said, sign me up! :-)
They are all Polaris switches. I got the first set when I ordered accessories from: www.i69motorsports.com/ and then others I had to specify when taking it to www.mountainmotorsports.com/ I don't like the switches but I will keep using them since they are the factory switches. I do like that they are backlit but those switches have a clear or translucent bottom and somehow, dirty water gets inside every one of those switches the first time you clean your machine. I wish the switches were sealed better.
Can you please make a video once you get through the process of how to street legal the pro r.
Great video by the way!
After installing the kit do you have to go to the DMV and register it as a legal UTV?
